Assessment & Diagnosis
This includes comprehensive & holistic history-taking in order to understand your personal mental health history, stressors and symptoms. We also look at how your physical health, coping strategies, self-care, health behaviours and relationships affect your present mental well being.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Talking therapies incorporate a range of treatment models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Guided Meditation & Mindfulness.
Physical Investigations & Medication
Care may include physical investigations through blood tests and the prescribing of medication. Pharmacogenomic DNA testing is available to better understand and inform decision making around medications, particularly where multiple medications have been tried in the past.
