Hi, I'm Lindsay
I'm a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting people through a wide range of mental health challenges. My approach is grounded in genuine care and evidence-based practice, and I take the time to understand each person within the context of their psychological, physical, cultural, family, and social influences. I value the important role that families and carers play in individual wellbeing, and I welcome the opportunity to work alongside them to support meaningful, lasting change.
I've worked across both community and hospital settings with adults and young people, and I now run a private practice in Gisborne, Victoria. I'm committed to ongoing learning and growth, and I'm currently completing a Master of Autism & Neurodivergent Studies. Outside of work, I'm a mum to four young children and am strongly invested in contributing to the community that I'm proud to be a part of.
It's a true privilege to work with everyone in my practice.

Hello and Welcome! I'm Berny.
My professional background includes providing administrative and human resource support within the public and private healthcare sectors. I'm passionate about supporting practitioners within rural and regional areas and have recently starting volunteering within my local chamber of commerce to connect with and support others within this community. With Health in Mind, I provide remote administrative support and patient coordination for Lindsay's clinic.
When I'm not working, you'll find me at the beach or outdoors with my family and friends! I look forward to assisting new and existing clients with a seamless experience.
