Hi, I’m Lindsay
As a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring over 15 years of experience in providing support to individuals dealing with mental health challenges, as well as those who care for them. My focus lies in providing genuine and evidence-based care, approaching each person with a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted influences – psychological, physical, cultural, familial and social – that shape one’s mental wellbeing.
With a background of spanning community and hospital settings supporting both adults and young people, I now operate a private practice in Gisborne, Victoria. Professionally, I value ongoing learning and development and am currently completing a Master of Autism to enhance my proficiency in the intersection of autism and mental health. On a personal note, I am a mother to four wonderful children and am committed to continuous growth and serving the community that I am proud to be a part of. It’s a true privilege to work with everyone in my practice.
